Burrito X uses customer information to process and document orders, communicate about pickup, manage customer history, prevent abuse and no-shows, administer gift cards and Feed It Forward credits, and provide requested marketing communications.

Order records may include name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, order history, credit/redemption activity, device identifier and IP address. Phone number is the primary customer identifier for order-history and risk controls. IP/device data are used as security signals and are not intended to be the sole basis for blocking a customer.

Shareable Meal links contain food/order configuration only. They do not intentionally include customer phone numbers, addresses, payment information or other private customer data.

Gift Card, Feed It Forward and Owner Credit balances are stored in Burrito X systems with redemption history. Sponsor information is displayed to recipients only according to the sponsor's selected display preference.

Online card details are not collected by this launch version. Cash or card-at-pickup orders may be subject to an unpaid-order limit. Sponsor payments may be arranged manually outside the website and activated by Burrito X only after payment is confirmed.
