Orders are prepared for pickup at Burrito X, Plaza Romy. Customers must provide a valid name and phone/WhatsApp number. Burrito X may require prepayment for larger orders or customers previously marked as requiring prepayment.

Gift Cards, Feed It Forward credits and Owner Credits have no cash value and may be used only toward eligible Burrito X purchases. Stored-value credits reduce as they are redeemed. One-time promotional credits may expire or deactivate after first use. Lost or compromised codes should be reported to Burrito X.

Feed It Forward sponsorship requests remain pending until Burrito X confirms payment. Credits are generated and activated only after approval by Burrito X.

Daily specials are available only when active in the website and may be customized according to the options shown in the ordering flow. One standard listed drink is included with the current weekday special.

Burrito X may pause online ordering, refuse fraudulent or abusive transactions, or block online ordering for accounts associated with repeated no-shows or misuse.
